The sport of Long Drive has been increasing in popularity since Art Sellinger started the LDA (Long Drivers of America.) The LDA has been the pinnacle of Long Drive and Organized the REMAX/WLDC and PEDC. While traveling to local competitions and LDA tour events I have seen the "Big Guys" throw down, and hit 400+Yds in front of crowds of thousand., I have also seen "wannabes" try their luck at a near by LDA local. One trend I have noticed in Long Drive throughout the United States, is the involvement of the sport in the west coast. I saw more Districts in western United States as well as more big name hitters coming from out west. I understand that the WLDC is held in Nevada, but what about Long Drive on the East Coast?

After learnning alot about the athletic, technical, and political aspects of this super competative sport. I got together with fellow long drivers on the east coast(Tyler Hagemann, John Folber, and Eddie Cruz.) Together we have Organized the ECLDA or East Coast Long Drive. I believe that this group of gifted and humble longdrivers and I will promote Long Drive for eastern United States.

The ECLDA will promote the sport of Long Drive and the LDA with:
1. A massive team of the BEST Long Drivers of the EAST.
2. A review of driving ranges and LDA local and District Qualifying Sites.
3. Special Offers to those with the most participation in Long Drive within the eastern US.
4. Free LD Player BIOs to those who currently compete in LDA events.
5. Offers into the ECLD family and team for those who have strong character, can hit 350+, and are current residents of eastern United States.

Finally, all of us at EastCoastLongDrive.com and from the ECLDA family hope that this will promote Long Drive and the LDA on the East Coast.
